With the amendment of the Act on Agricultural Lands ZKZ-G (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 44/22 of 29 March 2022), the so-called protected farms, which in practice often hindered traffic with agricultural land. After the amendment of the mentioned Act, the records of the protected farm will be deleted from the land register ex officio.
