Use permit for houses built before 2018

With the latest amendment to the Building Act, owners of single-family houses can obtain a use permit under the law itself, if this permit has not already been obtained through the regular procedure. In doing so, the assumptions must be fulfilled that the building is built in accordance with the building permit (with possible minor deviations, if they are recorded), the building is registered in the cadastre and that no inspection measures have been imposed on the building. If the prerequisites are correctly met, the owner will be issued a use permit at his request.
